We prefer to do it right now and not waste time and resources with lots of practical tests. This is why we design the tips with CAD and check them with FEM technology before the construction of the mold. We simulate the resistance of the tip and if necessary we modify it to have the ideal performance.
We build our molds ourselves, only with high quality steels and we test them directly in production to be sure of the production capacity.
Once the production batch is finished, we check all the molds, clean them and if necessary we revise them with our specialized staff.
We produce the aluminum alloy internally only with primary aluminum. We chemically analyze each batch of aluminum alloy produced in our laboratory. Of course, we keep the analysis data for many years.
We manufacture all of our tips in-house and weigh them all as soon as they are produced. Only the tips with the right weight continue in subsequent processing because the weight is one of the quality guarantees of the toe. We guarantee the weight with a tolerance of +/- 3.5 grams.
The simulation was carried out in accordance with the European legislation; the tip was positioned tangent to a 90 ° test device. This simulation device weighs 20 kg and is a wedge positioned at 90 ° shaped with a 3mm radius in the impact area.
